addresses, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery. Please ensure that your

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery and
contact our customer support team immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery,
inform us within 24 hours.

8. Address Changes

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we will not
be able to modify the delivery address.
